The Davenport House Bed and Breakfast original main house was built in 1925 but provides the accommodations of the 21st century. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or a cozy overnight with the family on the way to the local ski resorts or to enjoy the many fun activities of the scenic Greenbrier Valley. Family reunions and weddings are also very welcome at our family friendly home.
Located right outside the charming, historic town, Lewisburg, you can do what your heart desires. From hiking, mountain biking, swimming, shopping to just reading and relaxing there are endless possibilities! Lewisburg also provides many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops, not to mention live theatre & arts centers. The nearby historic hotel & resort, The Greenbrier is also a wonderful visit with shops, gardens and an art colony and the host of the 2010 PGA Tour.
In the mornings, you are free to have coffee & breakfast at your leisure as we provide your fully equipped kitchen with fresh fruits, pastries and other breakfast choices. You can enjoy your breakfast on the large deck overlooking local farms and listen to the morning doves and watch the picturesque Scottish sheep.
